I Want My Music Waking Up the Dead
Don’t tell me to turn it down.
First off I want to say THANK YOU to the lucky 100 who were able to get their hands on the first Zu Boutique t-shirt. The quickness in which you snatched up the Zu Bee still has my head spinning, it was far beyond any wild expectations I had. It has given me a sense of urgency to get the next set of designs out. Like Davey said, we’re shooting for 2 weeks.
We decided to go through with a little plan that’s been hatching to show our appreciation for all the support. It won’t be ready to go out with the t-shirt shipment, but at some point soon, those of you who were able to get a Zu Bee tee will be receiving a small “thank you” surprise. Bee excited! Bee Bee Excited! (my apologies to Hubert Selby Jr.)
Moving on:
Both semi-celebratory as well as relaxionary (feel free to use this new word when ever you want,) we took an impromptu trip to Las Vegas this past weekend. Unbeknown to us Motley Crue was playing a show the day we got in. Yes we went, yes my face was officially rocked off. Those boys sure do know how to put on show. It was something my hearing (or lack there of) will not soon forget. Afterward we were fortunate enough to be invited to Vince’s afterparty at the new club Wasted Space. We made a lot of new friends and sang along to countless classic tracks spun by none other than a member of Strife.
After that first night, the rest of the trip was more along the lines of our typical stay in Vegas:

Donuts
(yes they’re vegan)

More relaxing

More donuts
(yes that’s cream filling)

If you’ve made it this far, here comes the real news:

THE BEES HAVE BEEN SHIPPED OUT!
